The “Texfuse” Process
- Print: Use the specialized film and FTG printer to print your design. The printer lays down the colors first, followed by a white top layer that acts as the base layer on the garment.
- Apply: Evenly apply the powder adhesive onto the printed film using the FTG Fixation-Fuser unit.
- Bake: Melt the adhesive to the film using the FTG Fixation-Fuser.
